Involved costs

We stand for a clear, fair and transparent approach to the subject of fees. Therefore, below is an insight into our pricing.

Calculation

In general, our fees are calculated on the basis of time. We have different rates for preparation, project execution and follow-up time.

Our proposal, which we prepare after detailed project discussions, will describe this as concrete and detailed as possible. Budgeting is based on our experience and invoicing is based on the actual spent work time. If, during the project process, an unplanned increase or decrease in workload arises compared to the agreed scope of the offer, we will inform you immediately and work with you to find a mutual acceptable solution.

Travel expenses

will be invoiced according to actual expenditure with receipt or – if desired – as a lump sum.

Social enterprises

When working with social enterprises, we take their social contribution into account when setting fees.

10% of our fees are transferred to the International Association of the Economy of the Common Good in accordance with the guidelines and thus support the further development of this economic model with a future.
